Yes! The technology that this site is built on is state-of-the-art. We fine-tune a custom AI model to the likeness of your pet so that the results closely resemble their unique features.

Helpful Tips

What kind of photos should I upload?

We recommend 10 to 20 photos of your pet from a variety of different angles. Make sure at least half of these have the pet's face clearly visible in the photo. Please make sure there are no other people or animals in your photos other than your cat or dog. Finally, make sure that there aren't many objects in the foreground obstructing the view of the pet and that the majority of the photos have the entire pet in view. High-quality photos work better.

How long will it be until I receive my photos?

Currently, it takes about 30 minutes - 1 hour to generate the photos (based on current processing times).

What file format should the photos be?

We support JPG and PNG.

What type of pets are supported?

Currently, we only support cats and dogs.

What resolution are the generated photos?

The generated photos are 2048x2048.

Are the photos deleted afterwards?

Yes, your privacy is important to us. Once order processing is complete, we delete the original photos, generated AI pet portraits and AI pet photos, as well as the trained model.

Can I get a refund?

The results generated by AI can vary depending on a number of different factors. This includes the current state of the AI technology as well as the quality of the uploaded photos. Please read our photo upload guidelines carefully to achieve the best results. In most cases, we are unable to offer refunds due to high processing costs.
